Hotel a Laghi Gemelli

“The staff were so welcoming and kind during our stay. The room was super clean, the beach was lovely and there were towels, books and chairs available to borrow! My only tiny complaints are that the sheets were quite rough and uncomfortable with lots of pilling that felt like something was in the bed, and that in our room with a window adjacent to the main walkway, the lights were on all night (for safety, totally fair) but it was incredibly bright inside the room. We would definitely stay here...

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”

“We really liked our two bedroom suite. It had lots of thoughtful touches and was quite comfortable. We didn’t see that there were room darkening roller shades and thought there were just the light curtains provided so we woke up early with the sun. That was our own mistake but I note it here in case someone else misses seeing them too! In the bistro, my husband said that the food was delicious and he rather enjoyed his meal. Unfortunately, while they do offer gluten-free options, they can’t do...
